Virtual Consultation Requirements
For your safety and well-being, IV infusions and Injection services require a virtual appointment with our Physician yearly. Weight-Loss services require a virtual appointment every 3 months. Additional appointments may be added if changes in health conditions warrant. All Virtual appointments are included for no additional fees!
Pricing & Service Area
No Payment will be taken until the time of service. In the case that you are not cleared for services after the consultation, a $30 fee will be charged.
An additional fee may apply if the service location is outside a 40-mile radius from Rhome TX. We will confirm all additional costs before your appointment.
